The Program in Hindu-Jewish Studies was established at the Department of Asian Studies, The University of Haifa, at 2011 and has operated for seven years, until 2018. It offered courses on Hindu Studies, a comparative Hindu-Jewish course taught with Prof. Yossi Chajes, and held six conferences.

The most important achievement in terms of research has been the publication of Dharma and Halacha; Comparative Studies in Hindu-Jewish Philosophy and Religion (2018). This volume has brought together fine scholars and has contributed significantly to the emerging field of Hindu-Jewish Studies.
